Sanctuary Cap Cana, A Luxury Collection Resort, Dominican Republic, Adult All-Inclusive, Punta Cana

My stay at the hotel was like a little slice of paradise right on the beach. The rooms were modern, spacious, and very clean, though not as luxurious as some I've experienced in the past. The service was kind and helpful, with a friendly American touch that most guests seemed to enjoy. The location was lovely, immaculately cared for, but with a vibe of middle-aged Americans trying to relive their youth. The dining experiences were hit or miss, with some dishes cooked to order and others not meeting expectations. Overall, a great getaway choice, despite some minor drawbacks.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible! The rooms were gigantic, clean, and beautifully decorated, just like in the pictures. The two bathrooms, living and dining room, bedroom, walk-in closet, and two amazing tubs outside made my stay spectacular. The black grate added a touch of elegance.

Staying at this hotel felt like a paradise getaway with its beautiful beachfront location. The rooms were spacious and beautifully furnished, making it a truly comfortable experience. However, there were some issues with the level of individual smiles in service, except for Manager Metz who handled situations professionally.
